Huge cash grab for 5 minutes of work<br><br>Thought we just had a bad hose or clamp, so we called for roadside assistance from a shop 2.5 miles away. The tech was there for 5 minutes, didn't touch a tool, and just said the radiator was cracked. They charged us $550 for that 5-minute visit, and then followed up the next morning with a $2,286 part quote for the part that cost 1250$ plus $1120 in labor (8 hours at $140/hr) - that only cost about 750$ to 900$.<br>Over $3,40 total after doing nothing to help us on the side of the road. Unbelievable prices and predatory behavior toward truckers. Stay away!

Overpriced and unhelpful roadside service<br><br>Be extremely cautious using them for roadside assistance. We needed help with a suspected hose issue just 2.5 miles from their location. The tech was on-site for under 10 minutes, didn't touch a single tool, and simply said the radiator was broken. We got hit with a huge call-out fee for zero actual work, followed by an astronomical estimate the next morning with steep part markups and ridiculous labor hours. Pure cash grab for stranded truckers—stay away!
