Excellent service! Lloyds fixed our old failing water heater a few months ago and gave it some more life. After it stopped working again this week they were quick to diagnose the issue and respond with a solution. They replaced our water heater within a day of diagnosing the issue, we couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Their timely response made things easier to manage and the technician, Tobin, was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood how everything worked before and after the replacement.
