Assured Automotive

All the staff at this location are amazing. They got my vehicle in right away to be repaired after my accident and have answered all follow up questions I have had and addressed any concerns I have had. I will take my vehicle here if ever I need it again.

I’ve had my car here twice for repairs by referral of my insurance company. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I brought my car in, they took me out to the garage to explain all the work that would be done and asked if I had any questions. They called with an update part way through the work and had all my paperwork ready when I went to pick it up. The only issue that came up was a discrepancy with the deductible but that was the fault of my insurance company and the ladies at Assured helped me get that worked out. I really appreciate their friendly and cheerful demeanour, especially during a stressful situation. The work was great and my car was so clean when I got it back. Thank you for a great experience!

Very approachable friendly

Dropped off my car after it had apparently lost a fight with an angry moose. The windows were gone, the roof was folded like an accordion, and two separate insurance adjusters simply burst into tears upon seeing it.

The team at Assured called me three days later and said, 'Good news, we found the cup holder.' A week after that I picked it up and somehow it looked fresher than when it rolled off the assembly line. I swear they even fixed problems the factory forgot to address in 2001.

At this point I'm convinced they don't repair cars, they perform automotive magic. If your vehicle has been declared a total loss in this dimension, give them a call.
