Excellent customer service. Great communication and excellent workmanship. Matthew made sure I'm getting the best service. The job was done earlier than expected.
My experience with simplicity is very good. I got my car repaired ahead of time that I was expecting. Matthew is very polite and respectful man. Overall, very good experience
Just got a some rust work done on my car. Price was fair, car looks new and they even detailed my car which I wasn't expecting at all. I am blown away with the work they did and will definitely be a returning customer. I recommend this place in Woodstock area for getting your car or truck fixed.
Our experience with this shop has been extremely disappointing. We have given them multiple opportunities to correct the issues with our vehicle, but after eight visits, we have lost confidence in the quality of their work.
After the initial repair, we found parts in our trunk that did not belong to our vehicle. Shortly afterward, the front bumper became partially detached because fasteners were missing, requiring another visit to have it resecured.
We then discovered that plastic mouldings and lower windshield trim pieces had not been reinstalled, leaving an opening that allowed water into the engine bay. During that visit, we also reported a leaking rear brake caliper. Before the collision, the vehicle had no brake fluid leaks. After the repairs, the caliper developed a leak that eventually left the brake fluid reservoir empty, creating a serious safety concern for our daughter while driving. We were advised that the caliper was considered normal wear and tear and would not be covered.
When the missing trim pieces were finally addressed, we pointed out numerous additional concerns with the repair, including inconsistent panel gaps around the bumper and hood, peeling paint, paint runs, dirt and imperfections in the finish, and excessive body filler in some areas.
The bumper was then repainted, but when we picked the vehicle up, it had been painted the wrong colour despite the correct paint code being available. Another appointment was required to correct that mistake.
At a subsequent appointment, the person we had been dealing with was unavailable, so we reviewed the outstanding concerns with another employee before leaving the vehicle again.
After the latest repair, although the bumper was finally the correct colour, the overall finish was still unacceptable. We found paint defects, chips, runs, sanding dust trapped beneath the paint protection film, sanding marks on the headlight lenses, and other visible imperfections. The quality simply did not meet our expectations.
This review reflects our personal experience over the course of eight visits to have the same repair corrected. We have now decided to work with our insurance company to have the remaining issues addressed elsewhere.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this shop. If you have the option, I would encourage you to research repair facilities carefully and choose one that has earned your confidence rather than relying solely on your insurance company’s preferred repair network.
