RESPONSE TO REPLY: NO whats unfortunate that you have to lie because someone leaves you an honest review because you like to argue. It wasnt $18 it was $38 so give it a rest. Furthermore you fixed it ONCE NOT 3 OR 4 TIMES. My Appointment was booked for 1:30pm. I got there at 1:15pm 15 minutes early NOT the hour you claim. I called you from outside to let you know I was there 15 minutes early and would wait. I have proof so if anyone wants it please feel free to email me. I anticipated she would lie to try and cover it up like she does when she replies to other reviews. Im not the only one I URGE YOU to read their negative reviews im not the only person claiming they are dishonest. We cant all be wrong. You have no respect for customers AGAIN NOT the only one who has said it. You are extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. PLEASE do your research before dealing with them and save yourself a headache. It's not the fact of $38 it could be $5, if you do the work you stand by it cause that's what good businesses do. They don't sit and argue with their customers or degrade them!!! Glad it's done and never have to deal with them again!!

PLEASE BEWARE: Stay away if you can. I can mirror what other bad reviews are saying after my experience today with them. Honestly, If I could give less than 1 star I would. Came to get my headlight replaced back in January. The guy who did it was new there and had a hard time taking it out and getting the new one in. After he did it, it went out multiple times. My tire guy screwed it back in and said it was loose. I called them about it and told them what happened. Guy told me if it goes out again they would replace it because it was under warranty. When I came there today he claimed I brought it back and he replaced it which he never did replace it the guy straight out lied about it. My call history shows I called him like I said only that time until today. The girl who answers the phone is absolutely ignorant and horrendous to deal with. Was VERY rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional with me. Gave me nothing but attitude, smirked and laughed when I was telling her I didnt agree I should be charged again when the headlight is supposed to last 1-3 years AND the guy said if it went out again they would replace it. Even when I called today and explained all of this they never mentioned anything at all about being charged again for it until I went there and they had already taken the other one out. She clearly treats customers with indignity. Based on reviews Im not the only one. She called me a walk in when I called and made an appointment time. When I told her I wasnt a walk in that I made an appointment time she then said "Ok you know what were not gonna deal with this today you can call and make appointment" Just to enforce her authority position. Meanwhile they already took my other headlight out and ordered the other one before even asking me. I then asked her "So your refusing to fix it because I told you im not a walk in and I made an appointment time" then she switched it around and said "No I said were not doing like this today" lol. I then asked her to please tell the guy to order it and she snaps back "Its already ordered" and I said great, while of course holding my composure just to get it done when really I wanted to give her a piece of my mind on how to treat customers appropriately!! She stormed off shaking her head. She does not know how to show proper compassion towards customers which is extremely unfortunate because she is in a customer service position. (They ended up fixing it but charged me again for it) Just over 3 months later, Anything to make a quick buck off customers. Mirroring what other customers have already said that they are a very dishonest business. Absolutely disgraceful will never deal with them again!! Will be filing a formal complaint against the business, about how they treat their customers with indignity, dishonesty and disrespect.

Took my car in as transmission lost gears in a manual I said I believe its the pin on top that broke he said its internal I trusted him sold the car due to the price of repair and find out it was the pin after all
