Good place if you like the dealership experience which is getting over charged for everything and them always trying to find something wrong with your car to up charge you. The online booking is great very convenient but prices are far too high. Took my car there recently and was quoted 2000. Took it to another shop in town and they gave me different options for prices and worked with me on what I needed. Ended up being almost half the cost for everything. Steve's auto is too transactional unfortunately. They do good work thought never had a problem with anything done just far too pricey.
Great Service and knowledgeable mechanics I had previously taking my vehicle into another shop 3x with no success I was told it had to go to the Dealership for the repair,Toyota was unable to get the part .I took it to Steve’s Auto who sourced the part quickly and Jacob the mechanic was able to find a solution to save several hours labour changing my transfer case actuator on my Toyota 4 runner .
Very helpful. Got me in fast. Auto report they give you is amazing. The pick up and drop off service is fantastic and the drivers are great guys. Thanks for wonderful experience and fixing my car issues.
