Very disappointed. Took in my pool pump. Got it back 3 days later in pieces in a box that smelt like cat urine. The kid was extremely rude and unprofessional. They then wanted to charge me after no diagnostic or fix and giving back to me not the way I gave to them.

Just brought them a pump, saved us a huge amount of money not having to rebuild the whole pump, looks good as new again!
