They were very professional. Thile service was great and fast! I would highly recommend them!

Kaitlyn and other guys were excellent. Kept me up to date on timeline. She even scraped my old sticker off and put a new one on.

There were only 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived, but I ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes for a tire change. I was initially told the wait time was 50 minutes. They started taking vehicles behind me in line to do oil changes because they only had one operational hoist (which was not mentioned to me until I complained). They were aware from the start that I was the only one there for a tire change. They had no respect for my time, gave me "excuses", and were very poorly organized. Ended up leaving without service. I drove to Rick's automotive, and I was in and out in 15 minutes (in a "JIFFY"), and I paid less than at Jiffylube. Will not return.
