Action Transmission

Never heard of a shop/business turn away customers because they are waiting on parts for someone else’s vehicle, no later appointment, just a no can’t help you. Not even trying to be courteous about it just “can’t help call back Monday” (6 days later), just to make an appointment for another day. 👎 just lost yourself $4000 of work… can’t even hook up a scan tool? Please don’t make excuses for poor services? At least Mr. Transmission gave me the courtesy to plug I a scan tool.

Amazing people, saved me $5100 when ford in Woodstock decided a fuel sensor was worth a whole entire transmission replacement. Action transmission Had my car picked up and delivered to the auto shop while I was out of town. Would recommend this shop to anyone. All in, I saved over $5000 just by going to this shop.

I called Jeff a couple years ago when my transmission needed a rebuild (ram 2500) I knew his work and heard his service was top notch. When trouble arises how Jeff handles a situation is absolutely top notch. Best transmission shop by far!
