I was referred to them by Triple EEE Leisure Travel Vans after arriving in Winkler Manitoba Canada from Puyallup, Washington. I had left home on August 28 with my passenger‑side door window and seat controls completely inoperative. The day before my departure, Mercedes‑Benz of Tacoma had replaced both mirrors on my 2025 60th Anniversary Leisure Travel Van Unity Corner Bed built on the Mercedes 3500XD chassis. Unfortunately, on the first day of my trip, I discovered that the passenger seat and window controls were not functioning. I was already too far into my travel to turn back, and I needed to reach Winkler for unrelated warranty work.<br><br>Upon arrival at Triple EEE, Mary Fehr in Warranty Customer Service recommended that I contact Pembina Valley Auto and ask for Peter.
