Fantastic experience with Scott’s Small Engine Repair. Excellent communication, fast responses, and honest work with costs reviewed upfront. Super convenient pickup and drop-off, quick turnaround, and a great surprise, the snowblower was returned with a full tank of gas, ready to go. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with Scott’s Small Engine. I asked him to source a replacement belt for my snowblower, and he sold me the wrong size belts. When I called to let him know about the issue, he said he was busy but would stop by on his way back to take a look.

Since then, he has completely ignored my calls and text messages. No follow-up, no response, and no effort to correct the mistake.

Customer service and accountability matter, especially when customers rely on you for the right parts and timely service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would recommend going with someone else instead.

Brought a head and cylinder from my ATV to Scott to see if the cylinder needed to be honed or bored out.

He took some time to look over the parts and said there was a possibility it could be honed, however he suggested it may make more sense to bore the cylinder and be 100% sure its good. He suggested a very reputable shop and even called on my behalf to discuss the proper course of action and sent me on my way.

That says everything about the character Scott is and that he is looking out for his customers. If I have a need for his services again I'll definitely go back!

This guy is simply amazing! He shared his knowledge and helped me fix my problem with my lawnmower over the phone. My lawnmower would not start because of a mistake I made. When I told him what I had done, he instructed me on how to correct this. Got it working again on the first pull! Very friendly and knowledgeable.Thank-you so much!!
