He picked up my machine, serviced it (including lube, changing oil, physical inspection of all components, etc). and fixed a broken electric starter. he even put high octane gas in when winterizing, and put in synthetic oil so I won't need to change it again for 2 seasons. He dropped the machine off a day later, and it was sparkling clean! great bonus! he sent pics and video of the machine during his work to show me what he was doing. Honestly, some of the best service from any company I have ever received. Sure, it's "just a snow blower" but Phil somehow manages to go above an beyond.”
