Took our van in as their was loud rattling. Kevin said it might be the heat sensor but with so many ahead it might be tomorrow. However, 2 hours later we got a call saying problem was solved. Fantastic customer service and will definitely be back.

The best mechanic ive ever used, I continue to go to kevin because he is the most HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY mechanic there is, he is up front and tries to save you money whenever he can, when hopefully whenever the time come and whoever takes over continues to do business like kevin does, great person

New client, after 2 visits and complete disasters, I will never go back. It’s so ridiculous I would have to write a novel to explain, but I refused them touching my car and picked it up and took it elsewhere. If a business cannot be run properly, I certainly can’t trust them fixing my car.

I booked an appointment with Kevin a week in advance for a brake issue, and was assured it would be no problem. For this I had too book time off work, and make arrangements to drop my car off the night before so that it would be ready to start working on first thing.

The day of the appointment I waited patiently until noon for some feedback. There was none. I called to get an update and Kevin answered, "I'm busy today, I'll call you back soon." I waited anxiously the rest of the afternoon of my appointment, and still no call.

I took it upon myself to show up before closing time around 4:30 and noticed my car was still parked where I'd left it. I knew then that the frustration which had been building all day was justified.

I calmly walked into the shop to ask Kevin for my car key, as I could not afford to waste another day off of work. Kevin confirmed that my car had not been touched all day. I was speechless...

As a loyal customer for +10 years I truly felt betrayed. I feel that Kevin's negligence was unacceptable and I plan on taking my car elsewhere to get fixed.

I’ve been dealing with Kevin Baltzer of Master Mechanic for many years now and have easily determined him and his business to be the most forthright and fair of any car repair service in town! His team takes on complicated repairs and follows up if any adjustments need to be made.

Mr “Anonymous” who posted a previous review has no idea as to how honest this car repair business actually is. But I suppose no matter how hard you try, you will always run into one or two daft and unappreciative people over time.
