When my TCM went on an old car, not only did they prioritize fixing my car but filled my car with gas & detailed the interior of my car, something so thoughtful I will never forget. They provide a “report card” for all the aspects of your car whenever it is brought in for service, which is always an absolute treat to review, and incredibly user friendly. They are always accommodating to organize transport if I have to leave my car at the shop for an extended period of time. And the price is never surprising. As a young woman with little car knowledge they never price-gouge me and I am always treated with kindness and respect. I always enjoy having conversations with Ryan & Terry! Even if I moved provinces, I would commute back to take my vehicle here. They have a customer for life!”
