Visited Derek on July 18 as I needed some under work done on my suv . He had the part ordered same day and I was in the garage on Monday by noon and all work completed by 3pm. Excellent service and excellent pricing . I would HIGHLY recommend this service station . Well done ! Thanks for getting my suv back to great driving conditions for my return home to Ontario. Great service, skilled mechanics, and awesome people.
After wasting my time waiting to have a brake booster replaced at another shop in town, i brought my truck here. I was desperate as I was moving to BC and needed the replacement done ASAP. The mechanic assured me that it wasn’t the booster and just a line that was leaking. He was adamant that was the issue. He was wrong. Even though I told him to change the booster and had Car Quest Order it, they charged me parts and labour to replace a power steering line that wasn’t broken. Yesterday, i (not a mechanic) replaced the booster to find a blown o-ring and fixed it myself. Louie isn’t as good as he states.
Absolutely fantastic shop to bring my car! Being from Ontario and not knowing anyone here, finding a mechanic proved to be very challenging!
