Great service. Salesman was great.
Excellent service at Hathaway Ford in Bathurst. JP, my service advisor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Liam, the General Manager, also took the time to ensure everything went smoothly. Their commitment to customer service made for a great experience.
The vehicle sale may bring customers through the door, but exceptional after-sale service is what keeps them coming back. JP and Liam exemplify that. Highly recommend!
