I’m very disappointed with the mechanical service I received. The work was not done properly, and I had to come back multiple times to fix the same issue. The staff was not helpful and didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. I expected professional service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I needed my truck fixed asap to drive it to BC. Brought it to Aaron, told them it was leaking fluid from the brake booster/master cylinder and that I’d be interested in replacing the entire unit, there was a wobble at high speeds and to check all fluids with an oil change. Cool people, but very busy. Booked an appointment for 11 days later, but left the truck there in hoping they had a last minute cancel.

On the day of my appointment 11 days later, I was informed it was power steering fluid coming from the booster and the booster needed to be replaced and that I had a blown axle seal. All other fluids were good. When I asked about fixing the truck, it became dependent on if the apprentice would show the following day.

I returned the next morning to find out that Aaron fixed the axle seal the night prior and that they forgot about the oil change, but could do it immediately. When I asked about the power steering, it was not fixed as the part wasn’t ordered.

I spent 11 days patiently waiting to drive accross the country to have Aaron tell me the part I wanted replaced, needed to be replaced and that it would be potentially another two weeks before they could get me back into the shop.

I brought it to guys at car quest garage and fixed it the next day.
