Besides a friendly voice on the phone they also use technology to update you by text. So real time information both for estimate requests and actual work being done. For work related repairs/replacement parts the information is accompanied by photos of parts and explaination of correcting issue. That also comes with related pics of how it should be and why. A very thorough and informative explanation. Visual and written. I recommend them to a friend the next day and she had the same impression as myself about the service and information she received. I am happy to say both of our experiences delivered over the top. Prices quoted were reasonable to the repairs as well. I definitely have found my new mechanic shop with Stop N Go.”
