We were pleasantly surprised with Jon and Eagle Head! My husbands truck needed a drive shaft replacement. First, Jon was very reasonably priced for the tow, and while chatting he commented that he had the part. We still did our due diligence and asked around town - but getting the part was an unexpected issue. So we contacted Jon. Communication was a bit of an issue, but he recognized that and addressed it. Once he had the truck and was able to look at everything, he realized he did not have the correct drive shaft - BUT he was able to locate one and turn around was fast and there was no additional mark up. Eagle Head was reasonably priced and willing to find the right part and do the work to get the job done. Thank you!
