Brought in a spray can that I purchased in 2017 from Brown's Auto Supply, still half full, with the label on it and said I wanted 4 more the exact same. After giving them some time and coming back to pick it up, got back home and its not even close. Went back again and they said the label on the can is incorrect (their own label mind you with the paint codes on it) and that they would match it as best they could but would only do the ones I hadn't sprayed yet (down one can already). Instead of starting over and doing it properly, they just put more into the already created cans. Took those ones home and one doesn't spray at all and the 2 others are different colours, none of which match the original that I brought in. I called and was told to come in again and they would try again. I live half an hour from the store and would have to drive back and forth 6 times just to have a spray can made the exact same as what I had before. I brought in the old can, still half full, with their own label on it. The label being incorrect was not my mistake, it was theirs. Not only can they not match what I brought in, I now have 4 spray cans, one doesn't work and the other 3 are all different colours, none of which match what I asked for. In the end, I am out over $120 and hours of my time just trying to get a simple spray can for a project this weekend and I am back at the start with nothing to show for it.
