Auto Accessories & Upgrades Shops in Chatham, ON

“I’ve visited Ray Mac Auto Parts in Chatham a couple of times over the past year, and every experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional—David and Cass made me feel like I was talking to old friends. Both were incredibly friendly, personable, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products they offer. They went above and beyond to help me find the best deals without any pressure. Not only did they have everything I needed in stock, but the store was spotless, and the shelves were perfectly stocked and organized. It’s clear they take pride in their work and their store. I was particularly impressed that they used my first name during our conversation—it made the whole interaction feel more personal and special. The prices were very reasonable too. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my auto parts needs. I highly recommend Ray Mac Auto Parts for anyone looking for great service, great prices, and a great shopping experience!”
