If there is an option to give negative rating then I would had done it as Mechanic Raj is not honest about the work he does and not even test drive the car to make sure the work done is correct or not and then Raj start blaming that the new part is faulty when in fact the work not done neatly by Raj. They are not even honest about the pricing as Amrit tells you a cost that then Raj tells you to pay more and they are incompetent and dishonest mechanics and I would not recommend anyone to go to them at all cost. Save your car from being wrecked with their incompetent work.

I can't say thanks enough to the service personnel at West Yale Auto. Saved our butts when our Jeep's transmission decided to pitch a fit while vacationing here. They took us in with no appointment, diagnosed and solved our issue same day, even stayed an hour after close to help us get back on the road! Your the best, courteous and very knowledgeable. You'd be my mechanics if only I lived here!!! Thanks again!!

I have had mechanical work and my tires done at West Yale and have had nothing but positive experiences there. They are very professional, get the work done quickly and their prices have been better than anywhere else I’ve been for repairs and tires. The new owner seems like a really good guy, honest, and hardworking and you don’t feel like you are being taken advantage of like when you go to some other shops. I highly recommend them😊
