Excellent customer service from Mike Norris, Service Advisor and his team at the Pitt St. location! I needed new all seasons and Mike was knowledgable and provided guidance on which ones to purchase for my father's Hyundai Tucson.
Mike was thorough, thoughtful and his team behind the scenes was efficient, completing the job for me in a timely manner. Great value all around. I'll be recommending this location because of his service and personable demeanor.
Kudos Benson for a well run location!
All I can say is WOW! and THANKS!
Mike and Pauline (manager) with their crew did an incredible job on my 2020 Denali Diesel. I had a tire come off the truck while pulling a snowmobile trailer at 70 mph. CAA got the truck to him on Family Day, they started work the day after. I stayed on my scheduled snowmobile ride with my friends picking me up at the roadside and Bensons took it from there. My ride was schedule to be finished Thursday night and Bensons had me all set with an OEM rim to replace my destroy wheel.
Pauline met me after hours so I could complete my ride and still get home on schedule to meet my family. I think my truck feels smoother on the road than before the incident.
Great work, highly recommend.
This is the third time I have had my vehicle to Benson auto service I'm new to Cornwall and luckily I found a reliable and honest service center. Mike in service is very accommodating and the techs very knowledgeable I also found the Billings were very reasonable.I would recommend this shop
I went to get a M.T.O safety inspection done, they charged me for it and didn’t even have the electronic report for me and told me my car needed $4000 worth of work done. Once they were called out on not doing the inspection properly, they asked me to bring my vehicle back for 30 minutes to do it. I don’t recommend anyone comes to this shop, they will try to screw you over if you are aren’t knowledgeable.
I went to this shop for a new battery for my 2023 Kia Sportage. After the battery was installed the tech came in and told the manager he had an issue. I was told that my car still thinks the old battery is in the car. The service manager tells me that my radio may not work. I said: what about my navigation? She said: I don't know, you may have to go to Kia to get a reset on your car. I got very upset and frustrated! At the same time the service advisor who I originally dealt with came back from lunch. When I expressed my frustration with him, he said: hey, I can take the new battery out and put your old one back in. No way to talk to a customer. I had every right to be upset. I go to a certified auto center and they tell me I have to go to the dealer after their auto service. In the end the service advisor phoned the dealer and was told not reset required. It was just a bad experience. Will not return.
