HUGE thank you to the service department for taking the time to find the issues no one else could AND for squeezing me in the next morning to get everything lined up and fixed. Not only did they save the day but the bill came in less than quoted AND their tech took a couple minutes to check out my bushings (other shop said they "could be" the problem)... turns out they're fine. E.C.I. Dartmouth had a prime opportunity to take advantage of my situation and didn't. No upcharge, no upsell, no b.s.... what a change from what I'm used to dealing with.
