In terms of the quality of work they ensure that everything they are fixing actually stays fixed... Obviously issues always arise with big diesel trucks but if they've had their hands on it rest assured it's not going back for the same issue for a long time. The mechanics will even come and discuss things about the truck personally and suggest things to look out for, get done soon, etc. The new complimentary inspection service they are offering is great as well.

All I can say is they certainly live up to their name of being dependable!
