My Elantra was in an accident about a month ago. Then it was sent here for repair.

I have to say this is the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop in my life so far.

Since the beginning, all the staff from Simplicity Car Care have been treating me very friendly. They made everything clear and easy for me. Moreover, they kept me updated on the progress of the repair. The whole time when my car was in the shop, I didn't need to rush them or call them since they are super efficient as well. I expected my car to be fixed in two months, but it only took them one month to finish everything. Especially the quality of their work is excellent. When I got my car back today, the car looked brand new, as if the accident had never happened.

Marco did such a great job this time. His professionalism and customer service are up top. And Phil is such a great guy. He delivered my car directly to my home in a short time. Super friendly, too.

I just wanna thank Simplicity at East Gwillimbury location for everything they've done for my car. The accident could be stressful. I'm glad my car was sent here and saved me the extra trouble :)

The job that they did on my car was really amazing. But when I went through the bill that they submitted to my insurance company I realized that they charged the insurance company $2700 for a light that was not damaged at all. I have alll the pictures of my car that my light was Ok. And at the beginning they said it will cost me $3500. But they charged my insurance company $9500. And you know that the insurance company gets it back from you and your insurance will go up. I did not like this. I won’t work with them again.

I will be coming here for all my future auto body needs. The work they did on my car was flawless and they went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible.
My insurance provider had suggested a different simplicity car care but they made me wait 2 months to bring my car in and quoted me 11 days for the repair.
This shop got me in immediately and completed my repairs in half the time of the other shop. They even helped when me when my insurance provider tried to push back and threaten extra charges when I told them I wanted to switch. Also their non-insurance covered repair rates were super competitive.
Cannot recommend them enough! Get your auto body work done here!
