I have to say this is the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop in my life so far.

Since the beginning, all the staff from Simplicity Car Care have been treating me very friendly. They made everything clear and easy for me. Moreover, they kept me updated on the progress of the repair. The whole time when my car was in the shop, I didn't need to rush them or call them since they are super efficient as well. I expected my car to be fixed in two months, but it only took them one month to finish everything. Especially the quality of their work is excellent. When I got my car back today, the car looked brand new, as if the accident had never happened.

Marco did such a great job this time. His professionalism and customer service are up top. And Phil is such a great guy. He delivered my car directly to my home in a short time. Super friendly, too.

I just wanna thank Simplicity at East Gwillimbury location for everything they've done for my car. The accident could be stressful. I'm glad my car was sent here and saved me the extra trouble :)
