Quick Lane Tire & Auto Centre

Was in a tight spot, busted the key for my lug nuts, the manager here allowed me to borrow a key so I could get my tires off. My vehicle was not on site, he trusted me to bring the key back when I was done.<br><br>Absolutely day saver, thank you!

I came in from out of town for medical appointments, and noticed something was wrong with our car. The techs quickly diagnosed it as a seized brake caliper and worn out rear brakes. They gave me a ride back to our hotel, and the next morning when the work was finished, they gave me a ride back to the dealership to pick up our car. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and we made it to the rest of our appointments, and made it back home safely.

Went here a couple of weeks ago to just get a wheel alignment done on my car. Josh, helped me out a bunch (wish I could individually give him 5 stars cause he was the best). I got the alignment done, but then I went to get my OPI done at a different mechanic today and they told me all my struts were leaking and if they were to replace them then I'll need a whole new wheel alignment after.<br><br>They told me that I shouldn't have been allowed to get a wheel alignment because all the struts were leaking, so now I feel like I wasted a ton of money to just spend more money when I could have saved a few hundred bucks. No one here checked or let me know they were leaking and they just did the alignment anyway...a little disappointed to say the least

I bought some tires here on sale and an error was made during the ordering process. They bent over backwards to atone for it and that was appreciated. Excellent customer service.

Popped in to get their team to check on a screw that I found embedded in my tire. Thankfully it wasn’t worse but I was so grateful for how quickly they inspected the tire and managed to remove the screw and send me on my way! If I have any future tire issues I will for sure stop here! Thanks guys!!
