Busy place, but they got the service done

I am really not sure if they really changed my car oil. I dropped off the car and left home. They said 3hrs of time required to complete the service then they extended it till evening. I am okay with that and they said they will do a car wash. When I came in the evening they said my car is being washed and asked me wait for 15min but I waited 30min and when I went to see my car the did not do the car wash. When I asked about it they were like we missed it. Why the heck they said the car is getting washed and kept me waiting for 30min. And when I asked them they were like sorry come tomorrow for car wash why the heck I would waste my time again. Worst service they don’t even care about cars. I feel like giving 0 rating.
