A couple bad reviews here, which make zero sense, as this place is a top notch "mom and pop" operation, which is refreshing in this big box store world. Reading the few "complaints" but also the responses from Tonka paint a clearer picture of how great this business actually is. I've had a bunch of work done on multiple vehicles and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the products they offer. Dave and Chyloe are so kind and helpful. I have even dropped my vehicle off at their home for them to drive into Edmonton, perform the work, and drive back home for me to pick up as I lived close by. This saved me a ton of time and potential rental vehicle and hotel costs. What other place in the city would even consider that!? If more than 5 stars were possible, I would add them as well!

Brought in truck for clunky rattle in front end. Due to its age, I expected a lot of worn out parts, and much to my surprise, they didn't try to sell me a front end rebuild, they kept looking for my problem, we went on a road test so I could point out the noise......and they fixed it. The end.<br>I will come back for future repairs.

I had the full suspension replaced on my 2017 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, along with a few smaller jobs, and the improvement is unbelievable. The truck drives like a different vehicle. What really stood out was David’s honesty — he actually talked me out of pricier shocks because they weren’t necessary. No pressure, no upselling, just genuine professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning for rims, tires, and any other mechanical work I need. Highly recommend this shop. Top‑shelf service all around.
