Kentwood Ford Service Department

Horrible service, I scheduled to have my van worked on. They said bring it at 7:30am. I was there and I was told I had to wait for several people in front of me, which they estimated to be 3-4hr wait before they even got to my van. Apparently appointments are not really appointments, just first come first served.

I heard they sold out. Friendly but $$$$$

Awesome service 👏.
