Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience.<br><br>When we originally purchased our tires and levelling kit about three years ago, we were told that the tires came with an 80,000 km warranty. We recently went in because we noticed an issue with the tire tread, and we were then told that the warranty is actually only 60,000 km.<br><br>When we asked for documentation showing that our tires were subject to a 60,000 km warranty, we were told that they had nothing on file and that we should go through our emails from three years ago to try to find proof of what we were told at the time of purchase.<br><br>We also called approximately an hour before arriving to discuss the issue. When we arrived, it seemed that our call had not been noted or remembered. Then the boy helping us was called over by his co worker and stop talking to us in the middle of our conversation. Once he got to his coworker he had to help the guy put a car in gear.<br><br>What is most frustrating is that we were given one warranty figure when we purchased the tires, and are now being given a different figure, with no documentation from the company to support the 60,000 km claim.<br><br>We expected much better communication, record keeping, and customer service. At this point, we are very disappointed with both the handling of the tire issue and the overall experience. Don’t let the 4 star google review fool you lol. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here if you want good service or reliable warranty packages.

It’s an incredible place; for instance, even though I don’t speak English very well, they constantly found ways to communicate with me and provide excellent, fantastic service. I had a problem with a tire, and they resolved it brilliantly and wonderfully; I truly recommend this place 100%.
