Don't be fooled by their "free windshield chip repair coverage" offer!<br><br>This was an extremely disappointing experience. I brought my 2025 Toyota RAV4 to Toyota WEM to have a small windshield chip repaired under the complimentary windshield chip repair coverage they proudly promoted when I purchased the vehicle last year.<br><br>Instead of preventing further damage, the repair process caused the chip to spread into a much larger crack.<br>Yes, I was told there’s a “small possibility” that the windshield could crack. However, if their team can assess that a chip has a high likelihood of spreading during repair, customers deserve to be clearly warned before any work begins.<br>Calling it a “small possibility” when the risk may actually be significant is misleading.<br><br>What concerns me even more is that the service report failed to document what actually happened.<br>It simply stated that the “windshield rock chip was filled,” with no added notes whatsoever that the windshield cracked further during the repair. Accurate documentation is a basic expectation, especially when additional damage occurs while the vehicle is being serviced.<br><br>I left with a windshield that was in worse condition than when I arrived and a service report that doesn’t reflect the outcome.<br><br>That’s not the level of honesty, transparency, or customer care I expected from a Toyota dealership.<br><br>The last photo shows the small windshield chip before the repair. They made the crack significantly worse!

I was at the dealership after purchasing a young 2008 Camry . I was help by Scottlynn and she was really thorough and took time to provide me the quote for the repairs . I bought my first Toyota last year and was hesitant on using a dealership for servicing after some bad experiences with others. But I'm so glad I gave them a chance.<br>Everyone I have interacted with there have been friendly and helpful, whether in person or via email. I have brought it in now for 2 services, and they have never tried to upsell me or do what was not necessary. There was an incident when I got my car back, but James, the detailing manager, was very professional and helped fix it.<br>They also have a nice waiting area or you can go do some walking/shopping around the mall, if you decide to stick around. I know most people will just post a review when things are bad, so I wanted to post one where people can see there are also people that are very happy with them.
