"I'd like to share my recent experience with Uniglass at 401 Carstar regarding a windshield replacement for my 2019 Honda Accord. After contacting several providers, I had the pleasure of working with Erin, who provided exceptional customer service from our first interaction.

Erin took the time to thoroughly explain the process, including the differences between OEE and OEM glass and the associated costs. She provided a clear quote and scope of work, and handled the booking efficiently once I signed the authorization.

I was particularly impressed by her proactive communication. Prior to my appointment, she called to offer a reschedule due to a potential snowstorm and even offered to coordinate an Uber when a shuttle was unavailable at the drop-off location. The repair was completed on schedule, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Based on this experience, I have already referred a friend to Uniglass for their own windshield replacement.
