I had a brand new vehicle ( 6 weeks) and I was hit from behind. I went to 3 different shops for repair work as I wanted to feel confident in whomever was going to do the work, that I would be getting a brand new car back; I felt that with Carstar in Halifax. Shaun and company did a great job in taking care of me and arranged a car rental, they took care of insurance , etc. I do not have a negative thing to say about my treatment there. Shaun did take care of getting me new parts and treating my vehicle like his own. Thank-you to everyone involved that worked on the car behind the scenes to get the work done.

Great to deal with! I had an accident repair that they took the time to review the entire process and what the time lines would be. The color of my vehicle is a specialized pink and they did a fantastic job , you would not know I had anything wrong to begin with! Service was great , be patient on return calls as they are busy!
