I called last minute because my heat shield got bent and ripped off from a heavy snow fall, no hesitation I was told to come in they would have a look. Absolutely amazing service, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I’m very grateful for you! you definitely have a new customer 👍🏼

Adding to my old review!!! and I’m still so grateful I found you guys!!
They are always busy! and still try/do fit me in for my last minute oil changes with quick and reliable service. I can’t thank you guys enough for your great work and care, and also putting up with my last minute requests! Five stars and round of applause!!

WOW, thank you so much GRID MOTORS!!! This is our story: we tried to solve many problems with our Range Rover at MANY repair shops in Hamilton for over 2 years to no avail. The vehicle would constantly go into limp mode and then not start again till we disconnected the battery for a few hours. Then we would get 5 kilometers down the road and have to limp home again. We were just about ready to throw in the towel when a garage recommended GRID MOTORS! We took it into GRID and had Mustafa have a look. He called us to pick up the vehicle when he finished and we haven't had a single problem since, it's been over 3 months!!! My wife is so happy 😁.

Excellent customer service. Mustafa was very professional finding and fixing the electrical issue in my 2017 Kia Sorento. I recommend this shop.
