Absolutely perfect experience. Nobody wants to be broke down on the road but there we were, 20 minutes south of Penticton with diesel fuel dripping out the belly pan of our 2013 ML350 Bluetec. I phoned Keith at K+S Machine shop for a recommendation and he said to call Europro. They got me in immediately - I called around 4:00 PM on Wed, got the car towed in that night and they had it in the shop and diagnosed by the time we arrived there at 10 AM Thursday morning. Absolutely professional experience all the way.<br><br>I'm an above average wrench puller - if the car had been close to home it would have gone to my own shop and I'd have diagnosed and fixed it. I rarely deal with service shops but I have found that most of them completely dismiss me as if my knowledge was nonexistent and I should just be happy they deign to speak to me - listening being absolutely off the table. There was NONE of that attitude at Europro and as it turned out, my over the phone diagnosis was 100% what they determined to be the problem. They'd have got there without me but the fact that they respected my comments was huge.<br><br>The problem was a leaking return line on the #4 injector which I had actually caused by some less than stellar repairs a couple of years ago. In my defense my repairs lasted over 2 years but I should have done better and I'm confident its 100% now. Ryan was my service advisor - never met the tech but he did a clean job - we put 300++ km on the car after picking it up this morning and its running like a top. Its a great little car - wicked fun to drive - I only wish I didn't live 1500 km away from this shop because I'd absolutely go back.

Own a Rivian. Driving to Richmond for any repair needing a lift was getting tiring. Warranty was expired, found these guys. They didn't say no when i asked if they could work on rivians. They said they would look into getting parts from rivian. They were able to sign up to order rivian parts and had my parts in within two weeks (Rivian said 3-5 days, but took just over 10 to ship them). Had me scheduled in within two days and fixed it that day. Will definitely be using them for all future repairs.

Very much enjoyed working with EuroPro. After a month of runaround with other companies and businesses trying to make my repairs happen, EuroPro were the ones that finally got my Audi running.<br>It’s all in the name, especially the “Pro” part.

Europro Autohaus took care of us at short-notice after arriving in Kelowna as tourists. They were above and beyond empathy, resolving our issue and educating me and my wife on the idiosyncasies of the engine and how we can reduce the risk of future occurrences during the life of the vehicle.
