Her van was broken into and when I called around all the other shops said her vsn is too old and i would have to source the window mysel, and they would put it in. Having used AA-1 in the past i had a feeling they would be able to help, and when i called them they told me not only would they source the window from a wreckers, but if i swung by that they would help me clean up all the glass and put plastic on the door while they looked for the new window. 48 hours later they had the glass and were able and ready to install it. The process was smooth and friendly.<br><br>A truly family run business, for real people in kelowna. I will never take my cars anywhere else."
