“Well I need to tell you about my experience, in the spring I had a windshield replaced in my 24 f150 of course it has the forward facing camera and it runs a few thinks cruise control, forward braking etc, on my way to the shop my cruise didn't work. While waiting for it I goggle the cause and it told me my radar sensor in the front bumper needed to be aligned as well as the windshield camera. When I was paying the bill (a very good price btw) the boys said it aligned good so that only left the radar unit after saving up for the dealer to check it out they said it was the windshield so I took it back this time they couldn't align it so the manager asked if I had time to wait as they were going to put another new windshield in so they did and this one was fine! They were quick and never charged me a cent! I'm very happy and would recommend them to everybody!”

“The folks at AA-1 Windshield and Glass truly went above and beyond for me and my mother. Her van was broken into and when I called around all the other shops said her vsn is too old and i would have to source the window mysel, and they would put it in. Having used AA-1 in the past i had a feeling they would be able to help, and when i called them they told me not only would they source the window from a wreckers, but if i swung by that they would help me clean up all the glass and put plastic on the door while they looked for the new window. 48 hours later they had the glass and were able and ready to install it. The process was smooth and friendly.<br><br>A truly family run business, for real people in kelowna. I will never take my cars anywhere else.”

Even though we requested a windshield replacement when booking, we got there they gave options and were able to just do a repair which was fully covered by insurance. They could’ve gone for the entire windshield replacement, but we’re very honest and helpful. Great to see a place with integrity and care. Definitely recommend!”
