I appreciate their understanding and hope that there won’t be any issues with the windshield moving forward.<br><br>I had my rear windshield done by Axis Auto Glass a couple months ago. Alex came fairly quickly to my garage and had a new windshield installed within an hour. It was great working with them in the beginning. I’ve been having issues with the rear windshield leaking and rear defroster issues. I called them to fix it as it’s under their warranty. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for over a month now. They told me they’ll schedule me in, but it’s been weeks and I’ve been asking them for updates without any response. I went to Ford for regular maintenance and they informed me that my rear windshield wasn’t installed properly. It seems like this company is ghosting me after they made an error and won’t take accountability to fixing it. As much as I loved the convenience, it later created so much more stress for me.<br><br>I’m warning those who are getting their windshield fixed by them that this could happen to you!”
