Really poor experience unfortunately. Called in and confirmed if they carried the glass for my vehicle. They confirmed and required a deposit for it, I paid the $450 deposit and firmed up on installation time and date the following week. I contacted them the morming of the appointment, didnt get aresponse which was odd but I still showed up for our scheduled time. He took my key and said it would be roughly 3 hrs for installation 30 mins into my lunch he called to say they dont have the glass and cant get it. Was given an apology and no solution. I booked half the day off work and drove up from downtown. Complete waste of time and gas.<br><br>*UPDATE*<br>They further damaged my glass!! I didn't notice until the next day. My dash cam shows they attempted to remove my glass. I confronted them and at first they denied, i told them I had footage and then they admitted it. They blamed the supplier for not having the glass but why would they be removing it if that was the case? I now have two new cracks and a damaged seal. Unbelievable.
