“Had a crack which requires replacing on a 2024 VW with lane keep assist and rain sensing wipers.
Tim (I believe) was knowledgeable professional and kind, he paid good attention to detail which saved me some time. They do all the necessary calibrations and I didn’t see any caution lights or issues with windshield wipers. Will update if there are issues with ADAS system (lane keep, auto braking etc) rain sensing.
The windshield: was OEE Fuyao which seems better than the OEM, I did see some minor warping but not sure if the same is visible on the OEM (very nitpicky) this doesn’t bother me. They offer OEM too but note you have to pay a deductible at the time of ordering, and my policy didn’t cover OEM replacement. Check with your insurance.
If going through belairdirect: they are part of the network and seamlessly handled the claim for me, make sure to bring your pink slip.
The shop: is a local location which is open some days at 8am, you can go in the morning when not busy at all and expect timely service.”
