Very friendly. Was able to get me in last minute to fix a minor problem over the weekend, so that I could safely get my car back home. Much appreciated that they are open on weekends.
Mak and his team did an incredible job repainting our beloved 1984 VW camper van. He was approachable, clear in his explanation of the work he would do, and he worked hard to deliver on his promised timeline. His price was very reasonable and we are thrilled with the result. Thank you Mak! Highly recommend this shop.
Easy to talk with, approchable even the staff. It's affordable and reasonanle price. Thanks to the owner Neck.
Called to book a quick appointment to get my spare tire put back beneath my truck.

Called and got an automatic answer from what seemed to be some AI bot. Relatively normal today, still annoying though to not speak to anyone in person.

I proceed to tell the AI bot what I wanted and it booked me for an appointment at 4:45 pm.

I rushed over after work to get to the auto shop for 4:45 pm and upon arrival the door was locked. I walked around the back and two employees were detailing a car and said the mechanics have went home for the day as they close for 5 pm.

…if you’re going to use AI to book appointments for you can you please check the appointments and let the client know if it’s not able to be accommodated? There’s need to be more human element. Sorry, very frustrated.
