Absolutely amazing service!
Didn't try to rip me off or sell me anything I didn't need. Super happy and will definitely be back! My new go to for mechanical services. (And I've worked in the industry)
Kelowna Auto Care is my go-to auto shop. They are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely committed to finding the real problem rather than the most expensive one.

Raves for my most recent experience: After being away for a while, my Mercedes developed intermittent βKey Fob Not Detectedβ issues even after I replaced both fob batteries. Kelowna Auto Care took the time to properly diagnose the issue and discovered I had unknowingly bought the wrong batteries for the fobs β saving me from what could easily have become an unnecessary and expensive repair.

They are approachable, professional, and generous with their knowledge. I am very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.
Kelowna Auto Care gives friendly and excellent service with fair prices; which is hard to find these days. I got in quickly too!
Thanks Justin and staff for all your help.
Truly shocked at how kind and awesome this shop is!! Called in to get some work done on our cargo van drive shaft & worked overtime to get it done for us. Also they were one of the more affordable options around town. Appreciate the hard work!! ππ
And wow, they have a courtesy car?! Even better
Huge thanks to the shop for solving my problem! Special shout-out to the technician Jeff and Justin because they are incredibly experienced and knew exactly how to fix the issue. Amazing service
