I have had an extremely positive experience with Madeley Auto. Steve and Brian have made me feel like a valued customer, and I have never felt invalidated about any of my concerns. They are extremely clear is explaining the issue and ensuring they ask before they proceed with work. Anytime I have had a concern I have been booked in in a timely manner, and have been very accommodating with my student schedule. Even when I was out of town, they were quick to pick up my call and answer all of my questions. I have seen them many times this year, and 150% recommend their work. Never have I been treated so well by a mechanic, and all their staff are lovely!

What a great bunch of guys run this place. Would definitely recommend if you have a European automobile.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the owner of this shop. I did not have any work done here but his kindness when my son and I broke down and he helped us get to where we need to go in an unfamiliar place. He truly was a kind soul and made a very unfortunate situation better. Thank you so much for your help.
