Your given factual answers with quotes so that you can make an educated decision. If anything is uncovered during the repair process you are notified about any unknowns. Technicians are friendly and the girls in the office jump through hoops to ensure the customer is taken care of. Because of all the positives it is a very busy shop. I highly recommend booking well in advance and making arrangements to leave you vehicle for a period of time rather than waiting. I'm happy to take my vehicles there for repair or servicing.
