Great service. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Great help. Come to Kingston to discover that I had an oil leak. James got me in, placed me on a hoist, told me what was wrong. We topped it up and sent me cautiously home. I was able to make the trip home in confidence that it was not going to cook my engine.

Created new problems with my vehicle following “service”, which resulted in repeat trips to have it fixed, all which I had to pay for. No accountability for the errors or gas spills (which was “masked with Febreze”, actual words from the mechanic). Would not recommend unless you want new problems with your vehicle!

I’ve trusted J&J Automotive with my family’s cars for years. Great service, Sabrina at the front desk is excellent at sourcing parts at a reasonable price taking into consideration people’s circumstances, and they really make things happen when you need it most. I rarely leave reviews and am leaving this because I wanted to leave a tip when they helped me out with something at the last minute.

These guys ( and gals) are amazing ! Got us in and out in no time, great work awesome staff and the price was right.

Thanks again guys you'll see us again if we have any other issues in our vans future !
