odd experience here but overall seems like good people here. little sad that they don't work on my car but thankful. he helped with getting more information on my cars issues.

Terrible people to deal with

Jordan was straightforward and professional! I am thrilled he was able to provide quick repairs at a reasonable cost.

My experience with Coast to Coast Transmissions was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor, timelines were vague and constantly changing, and I was left feeling like my concerns didn’t matter at all. Simple questions were brushed off, and getting clear answers felt like pulling teeth.

The overall professionalism was lacking, and I left with far less confidence in the work than I should have after dealing with a transmission shop. When you’re trusting a business with something this important and expensive, you expect transparency and basic customer service—neither of which I experienced here.

I would not return, and I would strongly suggest others do a lot of research before choosing this place. Awful.
