“They were both professional and thorough - they investigated what I asked them to and also gave me a heads up on other items that needed attention; they even took the time to check my 'new o2 sensor' put in by Ford to check why the engine light was on after Ford did repairs (part was bad). They didn't have to do this for me while repairing the transmission, but they cared enough to fairly represent all issues before proceeding on the transmission work.

Their initial quotes were realistic (verified by a helpful relative that they matched the market rates), and they didn't corner me on anything. Once the owner has actually looked at the issue and given a price, they didn't charge me any more than they said they would; Infact, it was exactly the price the owner told me it would be tax included.
