“I had my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced at GTA Transmission Repair for a transmission fluid and filter change according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule, and I was very impressed with the experience.

Derrick was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Before performing the service, he test drove the vehicle, scanned the transmission for codes, and explained exactly what the service would include. During the work, he even showed me the transmission pan and magnet so I could see the condition for myself. I appreciated that he was transparent about everything he found and did not try to sell me repairs I didn't need.

The transmission service included replacing the internal filter and refilling with the correct ATF+4 fluid. The vehicle drives great, and I left feeling confident that the work was done properly.

I also want to thank Sue at the front desk. She was welcoming, friendly, professional, and made the entire experience very comfortable from start to finish. Customer service like that is rare and genuinely appreciated.
